Discover a Natural Approach to Healing

Who am I What I do

Hello, my name is Tito Garcia. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist based in the east Austin area. I've been in practice full-time since 2013. I completed my professional training at Texas Healing Arts Institute and have taken over 200 hours of continuing education.

I passionately believe in the power of the body to heal through an alternative and holistic path following Ayurvedic principles. I love showing my fellow clients how my treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

I have specialized in soft tissue injuries. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each one of my clients to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.  Contact me to find out more.

COVID-19 Precautions:

  • Everyone is required to use a face mask during the intake process and while facing up during your treatment. It’s not required when you’re facing down

  • I use at all times a face shield as well as an N95 mask and an apron

  •  The treatment room is ventilated at least for 30 mins prior and after each session; carpet and face cradle are disinfected with medical grade products and a steam iron.

  • Massage quality remains the same unless you have an inconvenient wearing a mask while facing up. For your safety and that of the network of my fellow clients I will not make any exceptions to my policies.

  • I can always provide a mask if you forget yours, but you’re highly encouraged to bring your own.

Trigger Point Therapy

Pain Management

A trigger point is a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Through cycles of isolated pressure and release, this therapy releases tension around specific nerve centers found throughout the body. It's ideal for people who struggle with sciatic pain, migraines, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, TMJ disorder, limited range of motion, and many other neuromuscular conditions.
